Dan Lefeber has thirty years’ experience in the executive search business; he founded Lefeber & Associates in 1986 and has earned a reputation for unparalleled personal service ever since.

His extensive industry experience encompasses high-tech market segments, including networking and communications, storage systems, semiconductor, energy storage, solar, capital equipment, computer hardware, SaaS, consumer electronics, and enterprise software. Dan has personally completed more than 700 management assignments in his career across a broad range of disciplines, including General Management, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology.

Dan has built his practice on the philosophy of total client satisfaction, which he attributes to the long-term strategic relationships and partnerships he enjoys today.
